Vaccines

In order to protect all of our pets, we must be diligent in ensuring only pets current on age appropriate vaccinations enter the shop and utilize the services.

Vaccine records can be placed on record with the front desk staff!

We recommend that every pet/parent create an account to store vaccine records to avoid delays upon check-in.

Pets that cannot receive vaccinations can provide a vet waiver which will be verified upon initial visit and kept on file.

Product Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order a full refund. Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
